Warranty
Our HID products, LED products and Reverse Parking Sensor System are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase, in which a manufacturer defective part will be replaced at no additional charge within the warranty period.
This limited warranty specifically is void if the cause of damage or failure is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, unauthorized repairs, submersion, use other than the intended use of application, accidents, or by any other type of impact. Burst or exploded HID bulbs are not covered by warranty. Autolismo will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems. Any charges required for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty.
If the products need to be shipped back to us for warranty purpose, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
LED and HID can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. They must be in original sales condition. Any sign of wear and tear will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
